Please be advised that your current cellular communicator MAY still be sending alarm data over 3G/4G towers. Today’s cellular providers are phasing out towers with the older 3G/4G communication paths to make provisions for LTE/5G and future cellular technology. This will effect how greensite is receiving your alarm signals. The best way to confirm this is to call us at 866.573.2873 or email techsupport@gogreensite.com and we will remotely check your communicator and confirm what path its currently sending alarm signals over.
